Rick Miller always knew that he wanted to help people and become a leader in the fitness industry. He studied at West Virginia University and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Physical Education; Emphasis in Athletic Coaching. While at the University he worked with the Strength and Conditioning Department and focused on sport specific training. Rick trained college athletes in; Track and Field, Basketball, and Tennis.
Wanting to expand his range of experience Rick Miller moved on to manage a Fitness and Nutrition Center in his hometown. It was there that he developed his own style of training, which has proven itself a success time and time again.
Rick holds credentials as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is a former Tier III Equinox Personal Trainer. He is passionate about his work and focused on one thing; achieving results.
It is no secret why Rick Miller has been coined "New York City’s Premier Trainer."
Rick Miller is a diversified personal trainer. He offers a variety of training methods and customizes each fitness plan to the individual.

Exercise and Nutrition go hand in hand in achieving results. He offers a customized nutrition plan to accompany and compliment each training program. As a team, Rick and his clients come to a specific eating plan suitable to the individual.
During your first session you will perform a series of fitness assessments;
Using your results and state of the art fitness and nutrition software, Rick will formulate a plan to reach your goals. In the following sessions you will discuss nutrition.
Every 4 weeks a reassessment will occur to track progress.
